OUR PROCESS

We work with three types of clients.  Retirees, Pre-Retirees, and Young Professionals.  No matter which client type, our process is exactly the same.

  • Step 1

    Initial Phone Meeting

    Before committing your time or ours, this 15-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t see a Podiatrist if you needed heart surgery.

    If we aren’t a good fit for each other we will gladly introduce you to a firm who is better suited to your needs.

  • Step 2

    First Meeting

    The goal of this meeting is to get perfectly clear on your goals, concerns and unique financial situation.  This meeting can be in person or via Zoom.

    Your answers to our questions, along with the documents we requested you bring, will guide our analysis, which will result in plain-English answers to four critical questions.

  • Step 3

    Our Analysis

    This is where the magic happens

    We will apply decades of experience and thousands of hours of training to answer the following questions:

    Pre Retirees

    * Are you on track to retire?

    * Are you overpaying your taxes?

    * Can your portfolio be improved to withstand high inflation?

    * Can you eliminate, or at least reduce threats to your planned retirement date?

    Retirees

    * Are you maximizing your portfolio income and minimizing risk?

    * Is your income plan efficient regarding taxes?

    * Can your portfolio be improved to withstand high inflation?

    * Do you have a legacy plan for your wealth?

    Young Professionals

    * Do you have a solid plan to consistently grow your net worth in real terms?

    * Is your family taken care of if something happens to you?

    * Are you investing in long term technology trends that will help mitigate high inflation?

    * Are you paying the least amount of taxes possible?

  • Step 4

    Second Meeting

    This is where the rubber hits the road

    During this meeting we will explain, in plain English, exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals, including the answers to the  questions we asked during our analysis.

    This is where you will see, in dollars and cents, how our firm can improve your finances.

    At the end of this meeting we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm.

  • Step 5

    The Overnight Test

    At PRR Wealth Management, we’re confident in our process and fully committed to delivering meaningful, long-term value. That’s why we’re in no rush for you to make a decision.

    Before choosing to work with us, we encourage you to take a day to reflect and consider the following questions:

    * Do I like, trust, and respect the team at PRR Wealth Management?

    * Will the value they provide exceed the cost?

    * Do I understand and agree with their investment philosophy?

    * Do their recommendations make sense to me?

    Most financial advisors are, at their core, salespeople—often trained to “close the deal.” It’s no surprise many people are uncomfortable in those conversations. That’s not who we are. We’re here to build a long-term, trust-based relationship—not make a quick sale.

    So please, take your time. Sleep on it. Make sure the decision feels right—for you.

  • Step 6

    Third Meeting / Paperwork

    During this meeting we will answer any questions you have and if you are ready, start the paperwork to become a client.

    Prior to this meeting we will have sent you a detailed explanation of this process and answered all of your questions and concerns.

    *While we would love to work with you, if you decide that it’s not a good fit we will wish you all the best and every success. In other words, there is never a hard-sell or pressure to say yes.
